Please note that we do not return prints. Before submitting a design, please consider the following questions: 1. Are you the originator of the design? BeadStyle only publishes original work. We cannot publish a design that you saw on the Internet, learned in a class, or copied from an existing piece. Also, please do not submit work that has already been published or is currently under consideration at another magazine. 2. Are the materials you used readily available from retail merchants? We do not publish projects with materials that are only available wholesale. 3. Is your design appropriate for beginners? BeadStyle provides readers with fashionable, beginner-level stringing and wirework projects. We do not accept projects that require stitching or weaving. 4. Is your piece designed for a particular season or time of year? If so, please keep in mind that we plan our issues up to a year in advance. We hope that these guidelines assist you in planning your submissions to BeadStyle. If your project is accepted for publication, the editors reserve the right to name the piece and to write the accompanying article to fit our style and format.
